Nancy Bittinger
Nancy Bittinger is the previous owner of Carlisle Bowen Works and has been helping people heal from pain for over 30 years. Since her first day in massage school, Nancy has spent her career learning how to help people rid their bodies of pain.
​​Recently, Nancy created a healing center called Moringa Sagrada which is located in Ecuador. She will continue to be available virtually for Emotional Clearing sessions and Psych K appointments.

Allie Hazzard
Allie Hazzard is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and graduated from Computer Learning Network (CLN) in 2007. Over the years she has pursued a variety of other occupations but is now ready to fully offer her many somatic talents at Carlisle Bowen Works. She has previously massaged at Elements Massage and Lasting Looks Advanced Skincare.
Allie incorporates both traditional and nontraditional approaches and elements that cater toward whole body healing.
Bryan Hixson
Bryan Hixson is a graduate from Lancaster School of Massage. He brings a therapeutic approach to massage therapy and genuinely wants to make a difference in someone's personal care.

Bryan was first introduced to massage therapy while a professional ballet dancer and is constantly seeking and learning modalities to help people with their pain relief.

Dr. Janet Travell, and her work in the study of referred pain and trigger points, inspires him daily. Bryan is excited to be working with this wonderfully talented group of health-conscious practitioners at Carlisle Bowen Works!

Jen Hara
Jenn Hara is a skilled and compassionate massage therapist with over a decade of experience. In 2016 she expanded her expertise by training in Bowen Therapy after resolving a shoulder dysfunction through the use of the Bowen Technique. Also certified in Somatic Trager Therapy, Jenn has learned that "less is more" concerning body work and continually evolves her practice to meet the needs of every client. Her passion for holistic well being, health, personal growth and learning inspires her to help her clients connect more deeply with their bodies.

Outside of her therapy practice, Jenn has been making jewelry for over 25 years. Nomadic Inspirations jewelry can be found in the Carlisle Bowen Works lobby.
Beth Montgomery
Beth Montgomery is a certified death doula, experienced aura and energy reader, psychic intuitive, intuitive tarot reader, and NUSHU Group facilitator. She uses her natural gifts to help clients understand their energy fields, uncover hidden emotions, and tap into their intuition. Beth's compassionate and non-judgmental readings provide clarity and insight into the past, present, and future. As a NUSHU Group facilitator, she creates a safe space for exploring intuition and spiritual practices. Passionate about helping people connect with their higher selves, Beth's empowering approach has guided many to clarity, healing, and transformation.

Betsy Payne
Betsy has been a Bowen Technique practitioner for over 12 years. She works with clients providing some of the best pain relief offered in central Pennsylvania. Always striving to learn, Betsy became a Craniosacral Therapist (CST) and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in 2016.
She has studied under the guidance of Alastair McLoughlin in Scar Tissue Release work as well as Joel Crandall learning the Voila Method.
With over 27 years of experience in the fitness industry, she continues to serve the community by teaching SilverSneakers®, group fitness, and yoga classes in the Carlisle area. Betsy's knowledge as a certified Personal Trainer adds to her ability to help and guide clients towards improving their overall well-being.
Angel Pricer
Angel, founder of Angel Living, is passionate about helping people reconnect with their true selves. Over the years, she's developed a unique approach that blends the ancient wisdom of astrology with the healing power of creativity to guide individuals through life's transitions.

As a spiritual midwife, she provides a calm, competent, and compassionate presence as you bring the truest version of yourself to life. Her mission is simple: to walk alongside you on this journey of self-discovery helping you gain clarity, rebuild trust, and reconnect with the deepest parts of your being.
Rory Romano
Rory Romano has been facilitating healing sessions since 2017. After experiencing emotional clearing and the profound effects it had on her life, she knew that learning to help others in the same way was a path she wanted to explore.
In 2022 Rory added PYSCH-K, a subconscious rewiring technique, to her repertoire and is also a trained Bowen practitioner. She is open to working with anyone interested in a holistic approach for healing the mind, body and spirit.
Joe Schaefer
Joe Schaefer is an AmSAT-certified Alexander Technique teacher who has a passion for making movement easier for others. Inspired by his own misfortunes, Joe has an intense interest in helping individuals avoid the hazards of improper and inefficient posture and movement.
Following a series of music-related injuries, he discovered the Technique and began to see that harmful Musculo-skeletal habits were at the root of his difficulties. Joe enjoys rock climbing, hiking, swimming, and making music as a local musician.
Rachel Schwab
Reverend Rachel Schwab has been an ordained pastor since 1999. She is also a Usui Reiki III practitioner and instructor, training with Rickie Meryl Freedman.
Additionally, Rachel received her certification in trauma and spiritual care in 2022 and enjoys weaving together these spiritual callings. Reiki spirit for all! Rachel loves interfaith conversations and helping all heal together to create a peaceful world.
