Our Story

       Carlisle Bowen Works was founded in 2012 and was born out of the simple idea of finding nontraditional ways to gain deeper and more profound healing. In initially starting out as a massage therapist, Nancy Bittinger - Carlisle Bowen Works owner and founder,  felt that there was always more to be discovered when working with clients.

       Carlisle Bowen Works and its alternative services aim and address pain, posture, stress, and life in general. Our multi-faceted approach to health & wellness encompasses not only the physical body but also energy blockages, negative emotions, and subconscious beliefs.

      Located in central Pennsylvania and offering a truly unique array of modalities ranging from Bowen Technique to Visceral Manipulation, Carlisle Bowen Works is an open and welcoming place to find what works for you on your path towards healing.
